- If you’ve purchased your computer in the last 5 years it will work perfectly

- What version of Windows is required?
- Windows 8, 8.1, 7, Vista, and XP – with Service Pack 3 (XP is NOT recommended)
- What kind of contractors does it work for?
- General Contractors, Remodeling Contractors

- Is it easy to learn?
- Yes, even if you’re not computer literate. There are video tutorials that cover every aspect of the program
- We’ve found that people that view the videos and practice what they’ve seen get started very quickly
- Do I need an additional software license if I have a laptop computer and a desktop computer?
- No. Many contractors have a laptop they take with them and a desktop in the office. We give you 2 licenses with The Contractor’s Profit System™ so you can put it on your laptop and desktop. As far as I know we’re the only company doing this
- How do I get support if I have questions?
- Is there a charge for support?
- No. You get lifetime free support
- We can do this because the software is so simple to learn and use that we don’t get many calls. Our average support time for the lifetime of a customer is between 3 & 5 minutes.
- We get more calls to find out how to move the program to a new computer than anything else
- Do I have to have QuickBooks® to use the program
- No, it’s not required. On the other hand based on what I’ve learned from successful contractors I recommend it in the strongest terms
- Do I need the Contractor’s Edition of QuickBooks?
- No. I recommend the Pro version of QuickBooks, unless you have specific issues that the Contractor’s Edition will solve
- Can I network The Contractor’s Profit system and share the program on several computers?
- Yes, the program can be networked. You will need additional software licenses for computers on the network. We offer discounts for additional licenses.
- Is there an annual support fee, like most software companies charge?
- No. We’ve never charged for support
- How do I get the program?
- Within minutes of ordering you’ll receive an email with a download link that you can use to download and install the software. You can get started using the program almost immediately
- The Video tutorials are available online. You’ll see a link to them on the thank you page and in the email with the download link
